Founded in Copenhagen in 1950 by Georges Rebeiz, Caviar House has become a worldwide reference in the selection and distribution of the greatest caviars.
Caviar House is not a caviar producer; it is a selector. That distinction lies at the heart of our approach. We work in unison with a handful of farms chosen around the world, a direct relationship that guarantees traceability, consistency and uncompromising standards in every tin. These lasting bonds, built over time, allow us to fine-tune each recipe to the very pearl, to grade caviars by quality and to ensure the same excellence from one tin to the next. More than 75 years of expertise allow us today to offer five varieties (Baeri, Oscietra, Kaluga, Beluga, Qiandao) under the most demanding conditions of excellence.
Beyond caviar, our house extends the same exacting standards to other exceptional products. Balik smoked salmon carries forward its craft in the tradition of imperial Russian haute cuisine. Our partnership with Prunier, the world's first caviar house, founded in Paris in 1872, roots our offering in the French heritage of caviar.
