The Prestige Hamper is our most accomplished composition, designed for grand occasions for 4 to 6 people. It brings together the best of all our houses: Caviar House, Prunier, Balik and our foie gras partners. An approach that goes beyond the simple product to offer a complete experience across several courses.

At the heart of the hamper, a Prunier Oscietra Supérieur caviar 125 g, a complex and aromatic French signature. It is accompanied by a Balik Tsar Nikolaj For Two salmon ~320 g, a traditional recipe inspired by the Russian tsarist court, smoked over rare wood from the Swiss mountains. The Dom Pérignon 75 cl extends the prestige pairing: a great vintage Champagne cru, for the very grandest occasions.

The pot of duck foie gras adds the dimension of the land, traditionally served as a starter or an exceptional aperitif. The 16 mini-blinis serve as a universal base. The 4 mother-of-pearl spoons included are enough for service for 4 to 6 guests. Ideal for birthdays, corporate receptions or prestige gestures of appreciation.

Prunier Oscietra Supérieur caviar: sturgeon roe Acipenser gueldenstaedtii, salt. Balik salmon: Salmo salar (Norway), salt, rare Swiss wood smoking. Dom Pérignon: a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir. Duck foie gras. Blinis: wheat flour, milk, eggs, yeast. Spoons: natural mother-of-pearl.

Fish roe, fish (salmon), gluten (wheat), milk, eggs, sulphites, alcohol (12.5% vol.).
Serve chilled on blinis or with a mother-of-pearl spoon. Pair with champagne or vodka.
