Begin with the caviar as the aperitif, accompanied by the champagne. The caviar is served with a mother-of-pearl spoon, on the back of the hand or on a warm mini-blini with a touch of crème fraîche. Which salmon is included?
The Caviar House salmon fillet 300 g, the signature of our Family House. Salmo salar from Norway, beech-wood smoked at a low temperature, sliced by hand. It is our benchmark salmon, designed for lovers of a balanced, melting profile.

How does delivery work?
The hamper is dispatched in refrigerated packaging under controlled chill to preserve the cold chain (caviar at -2/+2°C, salmon and crème fraîche at +2/+4°C). Delivery takes 3 to 7 days within Switzerland and Europe. The hamper can be sent directly to the recipient, with a personalised card on request.
