The Balik Tsar Nikolaj For Two ~320 g, a traditional recipe inspired by the Russian tsarist court. Smoked over rare wood from the Swiss mountains, in the emblematic oven of the Ebersol farm. At the heart of the hamper, a Prunier Oscietra Supérieur caviar 125 g, a complex and aromatic French signature. It is accompanied by a Balik Tsar Nikolaj For Two salmon ~320 g, a traditional recipe inspired by the Russian tsarist court, smoked over rare wood from the Swiss mountains. The Dom Pérignon 75 cl extends the prestige pairing: a great vintage Champagne cru, for the very grandest occasions.
The pot of duck foie gras adds the dimension of the land, traditionally served as a starter or an exceptional aperitif. The 16 mini-blinis serve as a popular accompaniment.
