Small Sardines in Olive Oil

Real Conservera’s small sardines are carefully handled at every stage, from catch to packaging. Each sardine is cleaned by hand, with the head, tail and entrails carefully removed to preserve its integrity. They are then washed in brine and grilled individually, using traditional methods to achieve the desired texture.
Finally, they are packed in olive oil, a carefully balanced blend of 85% refined olive oil and 15% virgin olive oil. Expert canners select and pack each sardine by hand according to size, ensuring the quality and uniformity of every tin.
Thanks to meticulous packaging and carefully selected ingredients, these sardines in olive oil can be stored for up to six years in a dry environment at room temperature. This allows you to enjoy their exceptional flavour at any time while preserving the freshness and quality for which they are renowned.
