FAQ
Our expert answers your questions
Is Oscietra a good choice for discovering caviar?
Yes, it is one of our first recommendations for a first tasting. The aromatic profile of Oscietra (hazelnut notes, a balance between brine and butter) is immediately identifiable and accessible, while offering a complexity that opens into the wider world of caviar. It is an excellent entry point.
How long does an Oscietra need to mature?
Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii reaches full maturity between 10 and 15 years of farming. It is the work of time that gives the pearl its characteristic signature.
